About ASG Racing Server

Assetto Corsa Competizione public racing server

Internal Racing Rules

Mandatory for all closed ASG Racing events

Below are the internal rules for closed races dated June 2026. Every participant is required to follow them in full.

Internal rules for closed races, June 2026

  1. It is strictly forbidden to cross the pit entry or pit exit line with any part of the car.
  2. A fight for position is considered started if the overtaking car gets its front bumper alongside the leading car before the corner. The overlap zone begins at the rear wheel of the car ahead.
  3. The start of the corner is the moment steering input begins to change the car from straight-line motion toward the turn.
  4. Entering the overlap zone under braking is allowed.
  5. If the cars enter a corner as described in rule No. 2, both drivers must leave enough room in the turn, at least one car width to the white line.
  6. Only one change of line is allowed while defending a position.
  7. Blocking another car by any means is prohibited.
  8. Blue flags must be obeyed. If shown a blue flag, you are strongly advised to let the faster car through before the next corner and must do so within one sector.
  9. If a car gains an advantage in attack or defense by leaving the track during a fight, that car must give the position back to the rival.
  10. A car is considered to have left the racing surface if none of its wheels remain in contact with the track, including the boundary lines.
  11. Drivers must take all necessary actions to avoid contact with rival cars.
  12. An overtake is considered completed when there is no overlap and both cars can follow the optimal line for the situation without contact.

Penalties

  1. 15 seconds for contact.
  2. Drive-through (DT) for a collision that causes car damage.
  3. SG30 for actions that lead to a mass crash.
  4. 15 seconds for ignoring blue flags.
  5. DT for repeated ignoring of blue flags / DSQ for blatant and intentional ignoring.
  6. 15 seconds for not giving the position back after gaining advantage off track in a fight (see rule 9).
  7. DT for crossing the pit entry or pit exit line (see rule 1).
  8. 15 seconds for blocking another car.
  9. DT for an unsafe rejoin to the racing surface that causes a collision.
  10. 15 seconds for repeated line changes while battling.
  11. DT for the third contact after two previous 15-second penalties under item 1.
  12. Disqualification for unsafe driving and repeated mistakes.
  13. DT for intentional blocking.

ASG Racing is a public Assetto Corsa Competizione server where drivers compete on popular GT3 tracks, improve their lap times and compare their statistics with other racers.

This page automatically publishes the server leaderboard including:

  • 🏁 number of races
  • 🥇 wins
  • 🏆 podium finishes
  • 📊 average finish position
  • ⚡ best laps

Statistics are generated automatically from ACC Dedicated Server result files. After each race the data is recalculated and published on the website.

How points are calculated

Race points depend on how many drivers are classified in that race:

  • 25+ drivers - base GT scale 25/18/15/12/10/8/6/4/2/1
  • 20-24 / 15-19 / 10-14 drivers - the same scale is reduced so the winner gets 20 / 15 / 10 points
  • 5-9 drivers - the winner gets 5 points, with the rest of the scale reduced proportionally
  • 1-4 drivers - the winner gets points equal to the number of classified drivers

All scaled values are rounded to whole points: 0.1-0.5 rounds down, 0.6-0.9 rounds up. The fastest lap always gives +1 point.

ELO rating

ELO is recalculated after counted races. Finish position is compared with lobby strength, so beating stronger rivals gives more rating and losing to weaker rivals removes more ELO.

Ranks are based on ELO thresholds: C1 1350+, C2 1250+, C3 1150+, C4 1050+, C5 950+, C6 below 950.

C1Category 1 — Champion1350+
C2Category 2 — Platinum1250+
C3Category 3 — Gold1150+
C4Category 4 — Silver1050+
C5Category 5 — Bronze950+
C6Category 6 — Rookie<950

Safety Rating

SR is calculated only from counted main-server race finishes. Clean races increase the rating; invalid laps and automatic race penalties reduce it.

Categories are simple: A is 5.00+, B is 2.50-4.99, C is below 2.50.

AA - clean5.00+
BB - stable2.50-4.99
CC - risky<2.50

Best laps

The Best Laps table contains the fastest lap times recorded both in qualifying and in race sessions. This makes it easy to compare the outright pace of the drivers.
